To help us better understand and resolve the issue, could you please provide a screenshot of your login process, specifically capturing the point where you're prompted that you've forgotten your password?

In the meantime, you might want to try clearing your AccountRight cache or try to log in to app.myob.com to see if the issue persists.

I've investigated the matter on our side to check if there are any reported incidents related to the login issue. Currently, there's no known issue or reported incident. I've also conducted a test by logging into my own file, and everything appears to be functioning smoothly. Could I kindly ask you to try logging in at app.myob.com (browser version) and see if you're able to proceed with entering your password?

Good morning,

So yes i can login to app.myob.com

But when i use the installed myob it is still the same problem.

I had to reset my password AGAIN as the only way to login

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. It made no difference.

I have noticed today that we have updated to 2024.01?

This has made no difference either.

However, if you're still encountering the same login problem, could you please confirm if you are the only user experiencing this? Would you mind attempting to open the software on a different computer as well?
