Need to Confirm Company File x 2

Hi,

I have MYOB AccountRight Basic & need to confirm File ID's 2 & 8. The last four digits of my licence are 7240.

Is there a Self Serve - Confirmation process for MYOB AccountRight Basic?

    Hi Doreen,

    I've tried the self service confirmation via the link you gave. However, I'm trying to confirm AccountRight Basics which does not have a Company File Code showing. It has a Build Number, Fingerprint & Checksum. Where do I find the Company File Code?
