Unable to confirm old myob and due to expire tomorrow

I have an old MYOB account right system - tried to confirm through My MYOB account but comes up with a system error  - running out of time to confirm expires tomorrow

    Thank you for the post and welcome to Community Forum! Since it is an old version, you can confirm it thru phone by going to Help>>Confirm your Company File>>Confirm by Phone and generate the confirmation code by going to http://help.myob.com/confirmation.

  • No as i the system will let us access the progam, it give us a code to gain access then tell us the code is not vayled it takes around in circle so we cannot access.

    Hi phil11 

     

    If code is not valid, this means either you have not entered it correctly (check for zeroes and o's and the letter l might be a 1 etc), or that you are using a product that requires a 'higher' code. For example is your licence (according to MYOB records) is for MYOB Plus v19.5 and you are using MYOB Plus v19.16, the code they provide will not work. Ensure you are using the software that matches your licence - or get in touch with MYOB if their records are incorrect.

    thank you we are using a old system and we have check codes. is here a way of talking myob as we access the help page at all. we can even get a code to allow us to talk on email.

    I'm not from MYOB. Give them a call on the Support number (though they may only take your call if you have a subscription). Or try chat. Or try getting confirmation code from elsewhere.
