Dashboard Income Zero after invoices marked as paid and banking reconciled

Hi, I have recently changed over from Payroll only to doing my invoices and tracking income also on MYOB for the new financial year.

I seem to have all the bits and pieces set up however I am having issues with the income on the dashboard.

I created an invoice, that invoice was paid and I marked it as paid. GST is correct on the dash but income still states it is 0. I have reconciled bank accounts (unsure if this is why there is an issue - I hadn't actually done this before and as no income had ever been put in it is sitting in a negative). 

From all i have read I have done it right. Created an invoice, paid invoice, gst is correct and reconciled bank accounts but income is still zero. 

Any suggestions please?
