Depending on the number of contacts you have in your MYOB Business the selection list may not load the full list. However, you should be able to type in the required name or the first few characters of the name for it to appear. For example, say the name was "Smith, John", you should be able to type in "Smi" for it to appear. In addition to that, you can check if the customer card is still active. To check it using the web browser, go to Contacts > Change the Card type to Customer and click the customer name to check if it's still active. If the customer name is not showing up, tick the "Show inactive". Feel free to post again if you encounter any issues.

Hi Doreen,
Thank you for your suggestion. The customers are active. Unfortunately, when I start typing the name and options show up, the name I want does not show. This happens about 1 in every 5 customers online. It does not happen in the PC version.

If you're still having issues with customers not showing up from the drop down even after you have entered their name manually, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat as the issue may require further investigation. MOCA was useless. How do i find live chat?

Sorry for replying so late. To connect with our live chat team, you can head over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower right-hand corner) to open MOCA. From there, type in "get help from a support agent," and this will give you a link to open a live chat.
