Help! Entitlement Balance does not match Card Balance

I processed an employee's final pay. You can see from SC96 that available hours equal 0 however there is a Card Balance of 145.40 hours.

 

But this isn't actually true. The balance on the card is saying 48.466 hours.

 

I know that I have paid out this person the correct number of owed hours of accrued leave.

 

How do I make the entitlement 0 in both the report and the card?

    Hi SuFish,

    Thanks for your detailed post with screenshots. Is the employee terminated and then reinstated? This can occur if the employee is being reinstated after termination. To resolve this, we'll need to escalate and raise a DFR in your file. Please send me a private message with the following information:

    Serial Number.
    Company File ID.
    The employee's name

    The date of termination

    The date of reinstatement

    Expected leave balances for each Entitlement Accrual category for the employee

    I cannot get the info you need through private message.

     

    I get an error message saying HTML format problems followed by you have sent too many private messages. Any ideas why this is happening? Is it a format thing? Your name seems to be highlighted as an error.

     

    Very frustrating.
