HI Amanda, As I have said in my response previously, calling the number is not a solution as I dont want to waste my time.  I have been billed for the month of July but payment did not go through as I have instructed the credit card provider to block the charge.  Can you please process the cancellation of the subscription asap and let me know as I do not want MYOB to refer my unpaid account to a debt collector.  Thanks.

I understand your concern around how hard it was to get through and how long this took, especially when you were able to reach other teams more easily. The effective date of cancellation is 31 July 2026, and the confirmation email we sent will have the details for your records.

I too cannot cancel my account. I have been trying for weeks. I never get through to the cancellation team. My support case has NEVER been replied to.  Case #03207050
I got immediately through to tech support and sales. No issue getting someone to talk to there. 
Why cant I cancel online. Why is there no option? I have wasted so much time on this. 
Why does it just hang up on me when I try to get through to cancellations? Why cant they take a message and call me back? Why cant the AI even give me any option that points towards cancellation?

This is POOR FORM by a company so big. 

Tried calling but the recorded voice just tells me there is a high volume of callers and call back later.  No option to leave a message or a contact number.  So my call isn't important because I'm trying to cancel.

I'll give the cancel the credit card payment a go, maybe someone will talk to me then.

Thank you for your recommendation, Amanda, as I am trying to cancel my MYOB subscription, too. Unfortunately, though I have tried several times to cancel my subscription via the number you have provided, I have been advised each time that they are unable to take my call due to a high volume of calls.

I have informed my bank to stop payment on the subscription and I have tried several times to inform MYOB. This is extremely difficult when I can't even speak to anyone on the number provided.

I have been purchasing and using MYOB products for over 25 years in the small business and not for profit sector. I hope that you can help me to cancel my subscription in a dignified and professional manner.

I am also trying to cancel a MYOB subscription.  I have been trying since the 30th June, and my account was direct debited today.  I have logged a ticket, I have tried calling and I have tried Chat they just tell me to call.  I was on hold for over 1hr 30 min this morning and I called at 9am and I was also on Chat at the same time. I am getting extremely frustrated with the customer service with this company.  The customer service for this company is extremely poor.  

I also have a Solo subscription that I have paid for an cant use as it want's me to use the Authenticator and I have not set it up with 2FA yet.  

Am sorry I don’t think calling the number is a solution. I’ve tried that so many times and I’m sick of waiting for a long time to get someone to attend to my call. I don’t need to make an explanation or hear about other options. I have decided to end MYOB once and for all. So can you just cancel the subscription for me please Thank you.

MYOB will probably respond quickly when they don't get the money!
