FILE HAS CORRUPTED

When I try to log in to the MYOB there is a error.    "Serious problem exist in this company" "you may be able to recover the data contained in this file using tha ACCOUNTING RIGHT premier Optimis...

Hi Gavin, Our data backup is not done. Is only way to go for FGH table?

    Hi Gavin, We have recovered the file last week. MYOB Support desk optimized the data. then it was worked. 

    but again same issue happens. I tried to optimized the data. but it not run. some thing like below. 

     

    Do you know about this error- DM = (-3000-5049-7000-158)

      Hi Susantha 

       

      This error means file corruption. If MYOB fixed, and this happened again, you need to look into what is causing this. Usually an interruption to MYOB while processing, such as power failure, network dropout, faulty network cable etc. You will need to get the file repaired again.
