Hi Mel3066,
To manage your subscription while keeping your file accessible in read-only mode for historical data, make sure to create a backup of your AccountRight file to ensure you have a copy of your data. You can find the steps on how to back up your file here.
Once you've backed up your file, you can manage your subscription by visiting this link or by submitting a support case via MyAccount for assistance with your concern.
After the subscription is canceled, your file will automatically be in read-only mode, allowing you to view your historical data.
Regards,
Sai

Thank you so much! Really appreciate the help. ๐
If only MYOB released their manufacturing module earlier, this is why we invested in another program, unfortunately before receiving MYOB release info. - TonyR12 days agoMember
Dear Sai
Does the local, read only backup version also include the scanned invoices?
Thanks

Hi TonyR1,
Thanks for checking. Just to clarify, if the file is being kept as a local read-only backup, that version wonโt include the scanned invoices or In Tray documents.
Those documents stay with the online file, so the backup will still give you access to the company data, but not the online attachments. If you still need those scanned invoices, the best option is to download them while the file is still online, or keep online read-only access so those attachments can still be viewed and downloaded.
Regards,
Earl
