Hi, Anyone else having problems printing bank reconciliations. This is something I can normally do without a problem. However today whenever I print the rec to pdf it keeps throwing me out of myob. This was on the desktop version and when I try on the browser it states I do not have permissions to download a pdf. Another team member tried and was able to do this no problems and they have the same access as I do.

That’s definitely not ideal, not being able to print your bank reconciliations to PDF, especially when it’s always worked before. It’s even stranger since your coworker, who has the same permissions, isn’t running into any issues, and there aren’t any general printing issues happening now. Best bet is to clear your AccountRight cache or your browser cache first, in case something’s causing things to get stuck. You might also want to try switching to a different browser to see if that helps. Double-check your roles and permissions as well, to make sure nothing’s accidentally changed. If those steps don’t solve it, it’s time to dig a little deeper.
