Emails not sending.

Hi,

I have spent all morning trying to send 1 invoice via email (along with many others) but none are showing up as sent (in the sent emails tab). I have followed the help assistant & cleared the cache but this has not resolved the issue.

No invoices are being emailed out.

Solutions anyone?

    Hi SarahD24,

     

    Depending on your email settings, the email invoices should be sent from either Outlook or directly from AccountRight. If your email invoices are set to be sent from Outlook, you should check the sent items folder in Outlook. If the emails are not there, they might be in the outbox. If the emails are sent directly from AccountRight, you can view the sent emails within the software itself. You might also want to check your email settings because sometimes the configuration can cause issues with sending emails.

  • Hi Genreve,

     

    Thank you for your reply however, I have already investigated all of this.

    The emails are sent directly from MYOB & as mentioned, are not showing in the sent emails tab within the software because they are not sending. I have checked the email settings, & preferences, & all is as it should be (we have not changed anything over the past 4 years with this).

     

    Any further assistance would be greatly appreciated as I need this rectified asap.

      Thanks for trying to resolve this on your own. We haven't had any reports about issues with sending emails. If you've sent an email and your customer isn't receiving it, it's worth resending the invoices first. If the emails still don't show up in the sent email tab after resending, check out this link for more troubleshooting steps.
