Transactions not showing in Reconcilliation

Question

I am helping a friend with some issues she has had with bookkeeping. I reconciled up to 31.7.23 without any issue, but upon attempting to reconcile next statement bank transactions are not coming up in reconciliation.

All transactions appear, and are categorised in bank feeds, but nothing is coming up when trying to reconcile.

Transactions are entered, and categorised, and they only have the one bank account, so I am at a loss to where they have gone.

Thank you Princess,I have generated the reports, but transactions during that period are not showing in reconcilliation, but are showing in feeds.Bank account and dates confirmed correct.I have moved forward, and may need my client to contact myob support directly

Hi DonnaLee1972,This issue will need more troubleshooting. If you have previously reconciled transactions that are now causing issues, you may need to undo the reconciliation. This can be done by going to the "Reconcile Accounts" window, selecting the relevant reconciliation, and clicking "Undo." Additionally, ensure that the date range in the reconciliation screen includes the dates of the transactions you are trying to reconcile. Sometimes transactions may not appear if they fall outside the selected date range.

Thanks Earl,Upon further inspection, the transactions for the next couple of bank statements were acting as if already reconciled although nothing was coming up in reports or on reconcilation. I have reconciled forward a couple of months and bank accounts match, so I can continue at this stage.&nbsp;Is there a way I can check that they are reconciled correctly? Alternate Reports?&nbsp;

To verify that the transactions are reconciled correctly, you can generate your latest bank reconciliation report. This report provides a summary of each bank reconciliation you have completed. For more info, check out this link.&nbsp;
