Dashboard - Superannuation Payable

Does anyone know why this figure doesn't reduce? I pay the super every quarter, however, the figure on the dashboard doesn't reflect the payments I have made. The figure on my dashboard is a big numb...

Thanks, I think I’ve just changed it correctly. How long does it take for the dashboard to update?

Paul did it ever update on your dashboard? I'm having the same issue. $0 balance for superannuation payable on the balance sheet but not on the dashboard

    Hi Twiggy, no, it did not fix the issue. I basically just came to a decision that as long as I pay what I owe for super each quarter, I should be ok. Annoying though.

      Hey Paul, Thanks for replying. Yes seems like such an easy fix. I just transferred from Xero (which seems more user friendly) due to cost. Transferred 23/24 data and on the Balance Sheet superannuation payable is $0 but the dashboard still states I owe all superannuation accrued throughout the year
