Confirming Company File

Good afternoon

 

I have an old MYOB account right 

Version 2016.2.18.5106

Company ID : 1

 

I cant confirm the company file, in the past I could confirm via phone and the customer service will send me a license file, but this time around the customer service is not around anymore. We are a smal not-for profit and are not needing to upgrade.

 

could you please validate my company file

    • Hi,

       

      I am again having trouble confirming the company file (as we use it only use it every 3 months). It will not confirm online and there is no longer any option to conform by phone (the screen comes up blank when clicking this option).

    I have the same problem. We have several companies on old MYOB licenses wnich we bought outright many years ago.

    Every few months, MYOB will block our use with this company file confirmation problem.

    Now, our BAS and audit is almost due, the problem occurs. 

    Someone should report to ATO or ACA... This looks like a tactic to force old users into monthly subscription.

    Thank you for your post and I understand that you need assistance with confirming your company file. For old versions of Accountright i.e Accountright V19, you may simply confirm your company file in our self service confirmation tool.
