It would be preferrable to have it was a part of the customisable form so we could incorporate it into one page if we chose to have that section. Despite the annoyance it has caused there may still be people willing to include it ontheir invoices if it were still 1 page

AmandaMYOB - its great you've taken it off the printed invoice BUT it is still on the PDF that is generated. This update has solved the issue with multiple pages being printed, but not the core issue that we cannot select when this information goes onto an invoice.
Please can you get this part fixed as well. This is honestly causing us so much additional work to fix this when we don't want that information on an invoice. All staff here are sick of saving PDF's, deleting the offending page and then attaching back the updated PDF to an email. I was so hoping you were going to actually listen to your customer's but no, FAIL.
For a variety of reasons, we do not want MYOB payments on all our invoices. This was meant to be supplementary to our other payment methods when the type of sale required it.
We also have customers who do not accept PDF's with links embedded.
I have been using MYOB for over 25 years and I have never been so disappointed with this software as I am now. Mind Your Own Business - this is what you are meant to stand for. So dictating to businesses how communications happen with customers is a contradiction to your brand.

Hi all.
We released an update last night which means invoices printed from AccountRight desktop will no longer include the 'How to Pay' page. If you’re using payment schedules, they won’t appear on invoices printed through this flow, but they will still appear as expected everywhere else (ie. if you preview invoices, print through the browser, export as a PDF, etc.).
For your context:
- In August, we’ll reintroduce this section, which includes both payment schedules and “How to Pay”, as a configurable print setting under the Preferences tab in AccountRight, so you can turn it on or off as needed.
- From September, we plan to further enhance the experience so you can print payment schedules without the “How to Pay” information.

To be fair to MYOB, someone on another thread (I won't name cause this is not a pile on), pointed out that a QR code was not on their invoice when it is printed locally. MYOB (without consultation) then realised that this was not the case and made the change. I suspect this is what they wanted originally but didn't realise it wasn't happening.
Unfortunately this one person has caused almost everyone else a lot of grief.
One observation I have though is I've made sensible requests for all sorts of bug fixes and improvements to AR Desktop in the ideas portal. These have been subject to a slow death but this one questionable idea was implemented in lightning speed 🤔.

This 2nd page with QR code has been a money grab by MYOB for processing payments by my customers that normally just direct deposit at no cost them previously

I would like to agree with all of the other 80+ that lodged their frustration with the add on to invoices that we didn't ask for and don't want. Would have been a really good idea to ask first before implementing this add on. Clearly not everyone wants it and all its caused is a lot of frustration. Have you heard the saying that goes "If it ain't broke don't fix it"? I too am over having to delete the 2nd page every time I compile a new invoice, pdf it then print and send to a client. A total waste of my time - time which I don't have to "fix" a problem that MYOB made.

Hopefully we won't all attack you and you have many valid points, however, my clients do not understand the transaction flows and are not altogether concerned about me the bookkeeper having to deal with complicated, they are concerned about what their clients see and what they should not see or experience. MYOB AccountRight is a good product, their company needs to remember who their clients are, first and foremost the subscription payers. I have worked with MYOB since 2000 and run my own business since 2004 and these last two years have seen some updates that have not demonstrated MYOB's commitment to their clients. My clients are running out of patience.
