In Tray

I'm unable to add any documents to my in tray and I'm also unable to access the current documents that are in there already (there are 41 according to the In Tray icon from the purchases window)

Is there a problem with the in tray or how do I fix it.

I'm just getting the message that in tray is empty

    It's still not working, browser works but not the desktop version

  • I'm having the same issue, been happening since yesterday...very frustrating.  Can't seem to get through to the Status Hub, please update us here.

    Hi all,

     

    If you're still seeing the same thing, could you please try logging out and back in again just to refresh the connection? If it's still being stubborn after that, give our live chat team a buzz via our virtual assistant MOCA, or pop a support ticket through My Account and we'll take a closer look for you.

    Hi

    I am still having problems sending invoices to the intray.  They keep bouncing back.  See screenshot below.

     

    The file is one page in PDF form and does not exceed and of the size limits.

    I am still having this issue, myob chat said they are aware of it. Unable to access the status hub as it says my password is wrong. This is having a huge impact on my work. Anyone have any updates as to when this will be fixed?

    Appreciate the heads‑up on how much In Tray does affect your work. The good news is the In Tray issue has been resolved on our side, so you should be able to get back to it now. If anything’s still playing up, log a support case via My Account so that our team can look up your details and get a proper fix. For the Status Hub login trouble, give this link a go instead. It’s the right path to check current service updates without the password loop.

    Doreen_P​ The in tray is still not working and i also put in a support case yesterday morning and have not been contacted. Can you or someone escalate this please, i am going on one week not being able to use it and work back long is effecting my work significantly.

    Hi JennaIDEAL,

     

    I can imagine going a week without the In Tray has made things a bit tricky, especially with work piling up. Since you've already logged a support case, you're in the system and our team will reach out as soon as possible to help get things sorted. They'll take it from here and look into what's going on.
