That’s an odd one, usually all In Tray items should be accessible, especially if the number of items appears next to the icon. A few quick things to try:
- Do a quick view refresh: open the In Tray, click to enlarge any document preview, then close it, the list usually repopulates after that. If the window looks blank, try minimising/maximising or resizing the In Tray as well.
- Fully close and reopen AccountRight, then open the In Tray again. If your file’s online, sign out and back in first to refresh the session before trying the In Tray.
- Check for any filters (Supplier, Status, etc.). Set them back to All and clear any search terms so nothing’s being hidden. Sometimes a filter can make the grid look empty.
If you’re on the desktop app, you can usually bypass this by opening AccountRight in a browser.
