Card file; cannot open employee card

Hello,

 

Each time I try to open my employee card, I get a pop up screen of "Something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close". I've attached the error note. 

This would also happen when I try this on the desktop and online. 

How can I fix this?

 

There is just one card at this stage and this happens to.

    Thank you, issue fixed - after 2h30min on hold it was fixed in 2 sec.

    Hi RubyBou,

     

    Being stuck with this for days, on top of the payslip confusion, is far from ideal. We’re currently seeing a high volume of cases, which is why there’s been a delay in getting back to you. I took a look on my end and was able to find the support ticket you’d submitted. From there, I ran a fix script on the file to help get things sorted more quickly. When you get a chance, please log out of and log back in again, as everything should be working properly now.

  • I also have this error.  Single employee card file won't open - wants to restart myob.  I have been waiting for a response from MYOB for days...  The employee was paid correctly but was VERY upset the pay slip didn't show the pay rise.  I have now been on hold for 1h20 min to fix this urgent issue.

    Thank you for that information. I can confirm that I have contacted MYOB and the issue is now resolved.

    Hi Daniella,

     

    The “Something’s gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close” error is happening because the same employee’s details have been saved twice by mistake in your file. You’ll need to reach out to our team so they can get into the backend, run the repair on your file and get that employee card opening again. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
