  • Hi D_Jade,

Thank you for your post. I can see that you are getting an error in paying your employee's superfund.

The most common cause of an error here is a mismatch between the selected Fund and the Member Number Rule being applied. Make sure the correct fund is selected as some funds share the same name and you should select the correct fund based on the SPIN / USI number. Kindly check the employee's membership number in their card file and if still getting the same error, please get in touch with superfund directly if there are changes made.

Feel free to write a post if you need further assistance.

    Cheers,

    Jem

  • Hi D_Jade,

Thank you for your post and just an additional on my response this regarding the rule of Colonial superfund, the superfund name should be COLONIAL FIRST STATE - FIRSTCHOICE WHOLESALE SUPER and prefix should be 011.

Let me know if that helps.

    Cheers,

    Jem
