We have not received 1c withdrawal from our bank account and the 6 digit verification code for pay super sign up

Good evening Team,

 

We have not received the 1c withdrawal from our bank account and the 6 digit verification code for pay super sign up.  It has been three days now.

 

What do we do ? Quarterly super payments are due soon.

    Thanks for these details.

     

    May I know when did you sign up for Pay Super? As per checking, the 6-digit verification code has been sent on the 4th of October 2022.

    To further assist you with this, please send me a private message with the following details:

     

    • Serial number
    • Name of primary contact and email address
    • Business name
    • Last 4 digits of the BSB and Account number of the nominated bank account

        Hi Tyler.  

         

        The reason I couldn't find the verifcation code is that it had been processed a lot earlier when the bank account was set up.  So it may help to look at your statements from earlier on to see whether you may have already done it.  I hope this helps.
