Cant confirm Company file

I am trying to open one of my Partner files, only i have access.  Shows it needs to Confirm Company file, won't confirm by phone or online.  Is anyone else having this problem?

  • Turns out file is registered as AR Plus and this file was opened as AR Standard.  All sorted, file working great.

  • yes. same problem. 

     

    says it might be my firewalls, but that's completely disabled so can't be that. 

     

    has worked before.

      If you are still having issues confirming your file online, could you please send me a private message with the following:

      • Your serial number
      • Company file ID, Product & Build (Help>>About AccountRight)
  • having trouble confirming confirmation code.  Have been on hold for an hour and still havent been answered.

    Looks like a lot of people are having the same problem.

     

    Could someone from MYOB please help me

      Welcome to the Community Forum.

       

      Can you please send me a Private Message containing:

      •  Business name
      • Serial number
      • Company file ID or the Company file code

      Once I have this information, I'll be able to confirm the file for you.

        I have the same problem and cant work out how to send you a private message to give you my Id serial No Etc.
