Unable to confirm a company file online, on a Sunday, no other options available
I have an old version of MYOB Account Right Standard, V15, which I have used since I purchased it.
MYOB has blocked the ability of confirming it online. This has happened to me consistently multiple times before.
It is Sunday 26th November and I have until tonight to complete my July BAS.
Last tIme I had to ring, I was assured my file is indeed legitimate (indeed it is, I purchased it in a box from Harvey Norman) and that this would not happen again.
Another V15 user has, I note, complained about this online and the accepted resolution says to "reach out to an online Moderator" for assistance. I have been unable to see how to do this by private message.
I am doubtful that any moderator will reach out to me today. However, this post at least provides an opportunity.
I own this program and MYOB does not have the legal right to prevent me from using it. Confirming online is acceptable. I intend to pursue the matter further, once my BAS id lodged.
