Superannuation pending authorisation

Hi there,

 

I just saw that I still have some super payments pending since August 2023.

I tried to authorise the payment several times but I have an error message that pop up “ A problem occurred with processing this super payment. Please refresh the browser, check the details and try again.“

I also have some failed payments exactly a year later, August 2024.

 

Can you please help me with this issue.
