Report: Contact - Include ABN
Hi, Can we please have a report to export into excel that includes all the Supplier details rather than just Name, Type Phone and Email. Need to be able to export the data to excel to use in the ABN Lookup excel spreadsheet to do annual/regular checks on supplier existing or missing ABN's, current or cancelled status and to check the GST registration status. When coding transactions, I first go through and get rid of all the transfers between accounts (which should probably have been done automatically, but that's a whole different idea). Every time I add a transfer, it returns me to the top of the list, so I have to scroll down again, and try to find where I was. Makes my head want to explode. Dramatic I know. It would be a godsend if the scroll position was remembered and retained after the page reloads. Or for an even more graceful solution, use ajax requests to only reload the list without refreshing the whole page. There's no option to include accounts with a zero balance in the GL Detail report - they just aren't printed. Many businesses, bookkeepers and accountants use clearing accounts -in their daily and monthly work - e.g. for payroll and electronic bank transfers and these accounts often havenil balances at the month's end. They need to be able to print out the transactions for these accounts and run a "nilnet balance" report, even if just to show thatinternal control procedures have been followed correctly. Please help, by including an option to"include accounts with nil balances" in the GL Detail report. When I first began using LiveAccounts, I found it very frustrating to work with such a limited list of Tax Codes. I have since accepted that LiveAccounts is meantas a basic level accounting tool and in that regard I think it is great and am liking it more each time I use it. Hi. I have a large number of clients who, when receiving a payment for an invoice, receive a lesser amount due to commissions paid or expenses incurred. For example, a client who has created an invoice for say, $85 only receives a payment of $79 - the remaining $6 was an expense item to American Express (Merchant Fees). Another example: a client creates an invoice for $150 for accommodation but only receives $120 - the remaining $30 was commission paid to an online accommodation company. At the moment I am creating general journal entries for my clients who ring - weekly - unable to correctly allocate their receipts. Ideally, when matching a payment to an invoice, I would like to be able to include an expense line item which then equates to the amount actually received. Also, to be able to split the accounts with both an income and an expense line item. This would save me a huge amount of time (and money) - and allow the client tocorrectly allocate both the income and expenses. Hello, I am LOVING the new bank transactions layout.... it's wicked. I find the following a little frustrating while working in essentials... 1/ ON the invoice page, it would be great to have the Enter Payment, Delete, Resend to Customer and Print buttons bothabove AND below the invoice line details. After creating the invoices it would save a scroll every time the page loads down below the invoice details to those buttons. 2/ The pop-up on the Save button for Save and add new.... would be great if it could pop up above the button if the button is too close to the bottom of the screen... again saving a repetitious scroll. 3/ I think batch invoice emailing would be very helpful with workflow as well, a robust one that will stop and report if an invoice fails to send etc. Many thanks, I am a small business owner, I don't use MYOB a lot but think these things would improve workflow and save time for end users, especially if they use it every day etc. Many thanks.
